Terms of service

 (“Le Cap” or the “Retailer”) manufactures and markets Le Cap products over the world (the “Product” or “Products”).

PLAYetc PTY LTD  registered in Australia with ABN 12 621 817 838 (“PLAYetc” or “we”, “our”, or “us”) is Le Cap’s sales facilitation and e-commerce partner for e-commerce website (the “Store”) owned by Le Cap, where the Products are made available to you for purchase through the checkout. Le Cap has an agreement with PLAYetc allowing PLAYetc to act as the merchant of record, in it’s own name and on behalf of Le Cap.

By placing your order to purchase one or more Products (each, an “Order”) through the checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and Le Cap’s Privacy Policy in their entirety. These Terms define your legal relationship regarding the checkout, the placement of Orders, and the purchase of Products underlying such Orders.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your Order.

These Terms are entered into force in the English language and governed by it. You agree that any translation, if provided, is available for your convenience only (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
